PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS
scheduling your session
If you plan to come into our studio to have your portrait taken, please call for studio availability.
I can also come to your office. Choosing the best location is important, an onsite visit prior to the session to discuss the best location is recommended. A large conference room with windows, letting in natural light works best. If there are multiple people in your office requiring portraits, a pre-shoot a few days before the scheduled session is recommended so you can see and approve how the images will look before everyone’s portraits are taken.
Studio backdrops can also be setup in a very small area if a conference room is not available. Backdrop color choices include blue, white, or grey.
Consideration should be given to whether your company would benefit from having other work-related images taken while I am there, for example: a group image; an image greeting a client or sitting in a conference room, etc. Any additional image requirements should be discussed at time of booking.
